Chapter 28


Amy’s POV…

I wake up by a pain running through my arm. I open my eyes, only to see Niall sitting in front of me with bandage and a purifying liquid of some kind. He is tapping the little cut on my arm with the liquid and then puts a bandage around it. He sees that I’m awake, but he doesn’t say anything.
“Niall, I…” I begin, but Niall cuts me off.
“Please, don’t ever do that to yourself again”.

I nod slowly, and he plants a kiss on my forehead. I sit up, and look around. I must have been asleep at least two hours.
“Why didn’t you wake me up earlier?” I ask Niall and he bites his lip.
“You look so peaceful when you sleep”, He answers quietly and I roll my eyes.
“Yeah, that’s a likely story”.

He goes red and looks around in the room. “The others came in about an hour ago, but they went when they saw that you were asleep”.
My eyebrows furrows and I look at him confused. “So you didn’t wake me in case they would come in again”.
He nods. “Yeah”.
“We can’t tell them”, I whisper, and he looks up, meeting my eyes.
“Amy… We have to tell them about this”.
“No!” I exclaim, and he jumps a little. “Sorry”, I mumble. “But we can’t tell them, they will send me to some hospital, or worse”.

“They wouldn’t do that, Amy”.
“What do you know about that?” I ask him sharply and raise my eyebrow.
He goes quiet and I can literally see his eyes harden. His mouth is a tense, thin line, and he doesn’t meet my gaze.
“I think I know enough”, He says and turns around.
“Niall…” I say, and he turns around, very fast.

We are quiet for a second, and then Niall parts his lips to say something.
“Amy, princess?”
I look up and meet his broken eyes. His hands are shaking slightly, and he closes his eyes for a second, trying to make his uneven breaths steady again.
“You look really tired”, I state and he smiles softly, and then separating his arms, gesturing me to come. I walk up to him and let myself be wrapped up by his strong, safe arms.

He holds me close to him, and I feel his heart beat under his shirt as he sights.
“I’m sorry, love, but you scared me half to death, Amy”, He whispers.
I laugh dryly. “Do you know what happens if you get scared half to death, twice?”
He chuckles at my stupid joke, and I know that he’s smiling weakly, even though I’m not looking at him.

When we pull away, I see that he has tears in his blue eyes, making them look even more beautiful.

“It’s not fair”, I mutter, ignoring Niall’s weird look and glancing at my watch. “Do we have a show tonight?”
He shakes his head slowly. “Nope…”
“Good”, say and lay down at my bed again. He lies down next to me, and takes my hand in his. He intertwines our fingers with each other and kisses my hand softly, his breath tickling a little at my pale palm.

“I know that it’s really hard, with the hate you get”, He begins, and I sigh. I really don’t want to talk about this. “But you must know, that I think that you are perfect. I love you, because of you, and I don’t care what other people think of us. And neither should you”.

His eyes hold my gaze in a hard grip, and I feel myself getting lost in them. Like I always do, if I look into then for too long.

I nod my head slowly. “I messed up, Niall, I know that and I’ll never do this again. I’m really sorry”.
He meets my eyes and smiles. “Thank you. And if you ever feel like shit again, come and talk to me, and I’ll do whatever it takes for you to go back to normal”.

A wave of relief splash over me and my face-muscles is stiff when I manage a little smile.
“Don’t curse”, I whisper and he smiles at me.
“Sorry”, He answers, whispering too. He meets my eyes for a second. His gaze flickers from my eyes to my lips for a while before I start to lean in.
He leans in too, and soon our lips meet each other.
He kisses me slowly, and I move my self closer to his body. I put my arm around his neck, and I feel something salty on his lips. Is it his or my tears?
I don’t even know.

I did something really wrong. I did something that I never would’ve done before I met Niall, before I got a sight into his life. And Niall was there to help me, thank god.

Maybe this was going to be harder than I thought when I kissed him for the first time. Maybe this was going to change me so much that I won’t be myself anymore.
What will I do, if I loose myself along the way of be with Niall?
I don’t know.
But right now, all I need is Niall’s warm body besides me and his lips pressed against mine, and I know that whatever happens, it’ll be alright.



Katherine’s POV…

“This book is like, really good”, I say and wipe my tears that the author caused me.

Why does books have this affect on me all the time? It’s just a book for god sakes.

Zayn looks up to me from his bed, and I let out a shaky laugh.
His big, chocolate-brown eyes finds mine and I smile a little when he lays down his phone and rises from the bed.

“Hey love, are you okay?” He asks concerned. He takes a slow step forward and awkwardly rubs my back.
I nod my head while still wiping the newly shed tears away. “You suck at these things, Zayn. You know that, right?”
He shrugs. “I’m kind if good at these things actually. It’s just that I get nervous to do the wrong thing when I’m with you”.

His eyes widen, as he clasps his hand on his mouth, realising what he said.
”Oh no”, He mumbles under his breath, and I let out a shaky laugh.
“Thanks, I guess”, I smile weakly at him.
He takes away his hand from his mouth, and I see that he's still blushing. He places his hand över my cheek and smile at me, without saying anything else.

Lisa’s POV…

I walk into Harry’s room, and smile when I see his brown curls pressed up against a pillow.

“Hey baby”, I say and sit down at his bed.
He looks up from his phone with furrowed eyebrows.
“Wasn’t I your favourite?” He asks, making me stare at him.
“What are you talking about, Haz?”

Harry takes up his phone and shows me a video. It’s an interview we did a couple of months ago with Awesomeness TV.

“One Direction”; the interview says. “Who is your favourite boy from One Direction?”
He goes from Dani, to Katherine and then points the microphone to my face.
“Zayn?” I say questioningly in the interview, holding my hands up in defence a little bit.

Harry stops the video and looks at me seriously. I try to hold myself from laughter, but soon give up and brushes out in fits of giggles.
“Oh my god, Harry? You really care about that?” I ask him, and continue laughing as he snorts.
“Maybe I do”, He says, trying to sound tough, but fails.
I lie down at the bed, laughing so much that my stomach hurts, while Harry looks at me disapprovingly. I look up at him, and wipe my tears that have formed in my eyes from laughing so much.
“Oh Harry, you’re such a dork”, I say to him and he shrugs.
“But you love dorks, right?”
I pretend to think for a moment, and put my fingertip on my cheek. Harry raises his eyebrow inpatient.
“Well”, I begin. “I love one dork. His name is Harry Edward Styles”.
Harry’s face splits up into a grin. “You know, I love a dorky girl”.
I gasp jokingly. “Wait, are you leaving me for another girl?”
“Her name is Lisa Michelle Cimorelli”, Harry finishes his sentence.
His eyes are gleaming in the half-dark room and touch his lips with my fingertips. The my hand travels to his sharp cheekbones, curved eyebrows and at last his chocolate-brown curls. He’s so perfect.

“And to your information, I’ve changed my mind”, I smile, leaning over to him. He smirks.
“And?” He asks.
“And… you are officially my favourite member of One Direction”, I whisper, grinning as I give him a small peak on the lips.
