Chapter 16

About a month later…

Christina’s p.o.v…

Me, Lisa, Katherine, Zayn and Liam is walking down a street, talking and laughing in the sunny weather.
Lisa and Katherine, and I are holding a few clothing-bags in their hands. We were exploring the shopping in Spain, and so far, it was quite good! I found a black dress with lace details, and a long necklace. Even Zayn and Liam bought a few things, Zayn was very happy with the shirt he got, and Liam got a pair of new shoes.

“Chrissy, you looked amazing in the dress!” Lisa exclaims as we go to get coffee at
starbucks.
I laugh at her and thank her.
“It’s true though”, Liam whispers quiet, but loud enough for me to hear.
I sight and ignore him.
We take our coffee and sit down at a table. We sit and talk for a while.
“How much do I get if I throw a bucket of water at Lou at the concert tonight?” Zayn asks us.
“Five bucks”, Lisa says immediately.
“Ten”.
“Seven”, she argues.
“Fine”, Zayn mutters. Lisa sticks out her tongue to him and he chuckles.


A couple of hours later, we are outside the hotel. We walk up the stairs and in to the lobby.
The others are walking up to the elevator, but Liam stops me.
“Can I talk to you for a second?” He asks. I nod and we walk away.
Liam takes a deep breath. “I have to say something, and that is that I really like you, Christina. I’m feeling something, and I’m just asking if you feel, anything?”.
He goes quiet and I stare at him.
Liam knows I have a boyfriend. Heck, I was the one telling him I had a boyfriend!

But before I’ve figured out what to say I hear someone call my name from behind.
I turn around and see a familiar face lit up when he sees me, and I drop the bag I’m holding.
“Nick!” I yell.


Liam’s p.o.v…

“Nick!” Christina yells. She runs up to a well-build guy with brown hair, and throws her into his arms. He puts his arms around her and whispers something in her ear. After a while they break apart, but not too soon, Christina presses her lips against Nick’s.
It’s not too difficult to realise that this is Christina’s boyfriend.



Poor Liam...

Chapter 17 (filler...)

Amy’s p.o.v…

I open my eyes and yawn. I roll over and look on my phone. It’s 08.45 am. I groan and sit up.
Katherine is still fast asleep, and even though I can’t see her face in the dark, I hear small snores from her bed.
“Kath?” I whisper to her quietly.
No respond.
“Katherine? Wake up, Kath!”
Katherine’s snores stop and she groans. Then she opens her eyes and sits up.
“What is it? I’m sleeping”.
“We are recording today, get your lazy butt out of bed”, I answer. I’m already standing in front of my bag, picking out an outfit.
Katherine groans again and covers herself with the blankets.

An hour later we are at the record-studio. The boys and Nick insisted on coming with us, so it’s quite noisy in the room.
“Are you guys ready?” Christina asks us. We nod and Lauren walks into the recording-booth.
Lisa press a button and the record-sign lights up, green.

Lisa gives Lauren a thumb up and she nods.

“I could tell you, the things I left unsaid
I could tell you, how I felt my cheek burn red
You were the one, the only one I wanted
I could tell you, these things I left unsaid”


Lauren goes out of the booth.
“I almost forgot how great you guys are!” Nick exclaims. I clearly see Liam roll his eyes when Christina giggles and hugs Nick.
“Good work, Lauren”, Katherine says and smiles.

She is writing in her Book of Poems, and as Christina pulls out of the hug, she begins reading over Katherine’s shoulder, and it looks like she likes what she sees.
“Hey, guys?” She asks us. Before any of us can react she has taken Katherine’s book out of her hands and begins to read out from it.

“How do I let go
Of someone like you?
Someone who stood out,
Planets and stars and
Dazzling comets above
Anyone else who's
Ever come close
To touching this heart
It was effortless to you;
A memorized maze
An expert at this game
I've never seen anyone call out,

When Christina goes quiet we all sit there, amazed by the poem.
“That was great, Kath”, Dani says, and for once, she doesn’t joke about it or anything, she just says it.
Zayn grins. “I told you that they would love it”.
Katherine blush and smiles at Zayn. He takes her hand in his and goes in for a hug.
“Thank you”, she whispers as they break apart, and Zayn winks at her.
“No problem babe”.

“This would make great song-material, Kath”, Lisa says, ignoring the romantic vibe in the room. She’s looking through the book and the poems.
Katherine looks surprised, but happy, and nods excitedly.
“That would be amazing!”
