Type: Fanfiction
Category: TV-Supernatural
Genre: Fantasy, Supernatural, Action
Language: English
Rating: PG-13
Set in: Somewhere in season seven or eight. Some edits from the actual show might happen.
Warnings: Violence, strong language
Summary: Dean and Sam Winchester are going through their lives as usual. Saving people, hunting things. The family business. Castiel are still acting a bit strange, but he is as loyal as ever. But then everything changes when they run into someone they known for ages, and someone they've only heard of.
How will the world change this time?

--------------------------------

Since this is a fanfiction of a show that probably no one is watching here, i thought it would be wise to introduce the history and the character a bit.

So the story is basically about Sam and Dean Winchester, and an angel named Castiel.

Dean is the older brother. He is understanding at times, kind, funny, mischievous, and, in contrast to his younger brother, a little immature. He is somewhat tired of his life as a hunter. Dean has a huge interest in classic rock, movies and likes to eat. He is known to use crude humor, make sexual innuendos and indulge in pornography. Dean mostly avoids every situation where he has to talk about his feelings. He has only had two long-term relationships in his life. He is extremely loyal to his family, and he values the life of his family and civilians more than his own. He has shown traits of alcoholism, but lately he has started to cut down.
Dean has incredibly green eyes and sandy hair. He is a little shorter than Sam, but a lot more muscular.

Sam is the younger brother. He is kind, caring, empathetic, good-hearted, heroic, intelligent, strong, sensitive, rational, free-spirited and independent. Sometimes he can be a bit arrogant and stubborn. He wants to be in control, and like to have things in order.
Sam has long, brown hair that parts in the middle of his head. His eyes are a mix of hazel brown, blue and green. He is very tall, and he always has a clean shaved face.

Castiel is an angel of the lord, who has gone through a lot. His true form is about the size of a the Chrysler Building, but he has a vessel who preciously was Jimmy Novak.
Castiel is strong, determined, impulsive, competitive, ignorant and naive. After getting closer to the brothers he becomes a lot more caring, kind and selfless. He starts to feel emotions, and he rebells against Heaven. He helps the brothers to fight against Heaven and Hell, and sacrifices himself for the cause.

Most angels are dicks, God is an ass, basically everything supernatural exists (including dragons, shapeshifters, vampires, etc).
The brothers are hunting those things, and kills them. They've stopped the apocalypse with help from Castiel, and they've saved the world far too many times for their young age.

Well, I'm not very surprised to see this here.

AN: okay, so you can't blame me for this first part. i wrote it 2AM and i don't really function at that time. it might be a bit messy and unclear, but hopefully you will understand after a few posts. enjoy!

1.
Dean dragged a hand through the light brown hair of his while keeping his green eyes locked at Sam.
“Are you kidding me?”
The look he was given made Dean roll his eyes. He should know better than to ask his brother that question. When it came down to hunting, Sam was always serious. Hunting was something that kept them together. After they lost both their parents to supernatural beings, they continued their life of killing evil creatures and taking nothing in return. Hardly even a thanks. They had been involved in that lifestyle since Dean was four and Sam was six months, when their mother got killed by a demon. After that, their father got obsessed with finding it, and pulled Dean and Sam into hunting. Dean had always done what his father said, but Sam had always wanted something more from life. It was only after his girlfriend got killed by the same demon as their mother, that he got back in the game after a few years away. Eventually their father died as well, and it was only them left.
They were currently in a motel room, one of the really nasty ones, in the small town Albany, Ohio. There had been three deaths of young girls, and all victims had been missing their skin. Dean and Sam had done the usual; examining the victim, interviewing its relatives, talking with the police, and so on.
“No, Dean. I'm not kidding.” said Sam. “I really think it's a rakshasa.”
Dean sighed and sat down on his bed. They had nott run into a rakshasa for ages, and Dean really did not remember a thing about them. So it was a good thing he had a geeky, younger brother.
“All right, what do we know about this sucker?”
Sam told Dean practically everything about it. He just did not listen until Sam brought up how to kill the damn thing.
“The only thing that works is a brass knife.” he said. Dean nodded and then took a deep breath.
“So, got any clue who the rakshasa might be?” he asked and Sam nodded eagerly.
“I do actually. Remember when we went to the school and talked to the coach for the lacrosse team?”
Dean looked through his memory and nodded. They had talked with the coach after realizing that the three girls all had been on the team.
“Yeah, so?” replied Dean with a slightly frown.
“So, I had a bad feeling about him. I actually watched him today to see if he did anything suspicious.”
Dean smiled, and it was not like he could give up an opportunity like that.
“Geez, Sammy. I didn't knew you swing that way.”
Even though the kid looked like a giant puppy with big brown eyes, long brown hair and dimples, he was a master of bitchfaces. Combine that with a freakishly tall body and sass flowing in the kids veins, you got yourself a Sam Winchester.
“Anyway, I saw him walk in to that small shed on the backyard and I decided to take a look inside. He had a bunch of pictures of the victims, and pictures of two other girls. And there was this bed, and the mattress was... moving.” said Sam and shuddered. Dean grimaced. He didn't really need any more proof than that, and if they were wrong, they were wrong. No biggy.
“So that's why you showed up here without food?” he simply said and ignored the frustrated sigh that came from Sam.
“Fine, let's go. And we're stopping for pie afterward.”

“You okay, Sammy?” Dean asked and held out his hand. Sam grabbed it with a low groan and Dean pulled him standing. The rakshasa was laying on the floor with the knife sticking out of his back. He had been a fighter, Dean had to give him that.
Since Dean was starving and they both looked representable they decided to head straight to a diner without stopping by at the motel. The smell of food made Dean's stomach growl as he entered the diner. They sat down in a booth in a corner and a waitress came up to them with a hint of a smile on her lips. Dean eyed the woman before deciding that she was hot. She had long, blonde hair that fell in locks over her back. Her eyes were light brown, almost golden. Dean smirked when the woman winked at him.
“So, what can I get for you this evening?”
“I'll have the ceasar salad and a glass of water.” said Sam with a soft smile before turning his gaze to the newspaper that laid on the table.
“And I'll have the crispy bacon burger and a slice of apple pie, and a glass of water.”
“Coming right up.” the woman replied and walked away after giving Dean a steamy look. He mouthed a 'wow' before glancing at Sam. He was frowning as he looked through the papers.
“Something's wrong?” Dean asked and Sam looked at him before shaking his head.
“Not really. I'm just worried about Cas.”
Great. Dean felt how his good mood disappeared. The truth was that he also was worried. They had not seen the angel for a while, neither had they heard of him. Castiel had been depressed after the whole mess with the leviathans and wanted to have a break. Dean had not liked the idea, but he did not protest. After all, the dude was an angel. But now two weeks had passed and not hearing anything from Castiel made Dean anxious. And when Sam said that he was worried, it made the whole thing a lot more worse.
“Yeah, me too. But we have to accept that he wanted out for a while. He deserves it.” said Dean and Sam nodded.

Dean glanced at the clock hanging on the wall to his right. It was half past ten, and he decided it was time to head back to the hotel. It did not take long before they made it to their room, and Dean collapsed onto the bed while Sam rolled his eyes.
“You going to sleep?” he asked teasingly.
“Screw consciousness, that's what I say.” Dean grunted in response. Sam laughed and laid down on his bed. Dean lifted his head after a few seconds and took out his phone. He fiddled with it for a while before looking at Sam.
“I'm gonna... Try calling Cas again.” he mumbled and Sam only nodded. He turned on his side to give Dean some kind of privacy. Dean himself hesitated a few seconds before pressing in the numbers. He saw Sam turning back to face him as he waited for Castiel to pick up the phone.
“Cas!” Dean let out a sigh of relief when Castiel picked up the phone. He had not expect it at all. Sam sat up at the same time as Dean, and his eyes were glittering with joy.
“Cas cannot talk right now.”
Dean's eyes widen with shock and he ignored Sam's confused look.
“Who is this?”
A laugh echoed from the other side of the phone.
“Come on, Dean. You know who I am. You have just forgotten about me.”
Dean put on speaker when Sam started pulling at his shirt, and listened as the stranger continued speaking.
“I have dear Cas here. He is just not capable of speaking at the moment. Now, I want to see just how good the Winchester brothers are at hunting.” the stranger said and went silent.
“Who the hell are you?” Dean growled.
“Still haven't figured it out? I'm your brother from another mother. Same father though.”
The line went silent. Dean raised his gaze to meet Sam's and he read his own shock in his brothers eyes.
“Adam?” they whispered at the same time.

Even so, I will continue reading. Very exciting, my friend. You've really caught the right feeling. It's just like watching the program.
(since you're writing in English, this is what kind of answer you'll get ^^)
